
Compensation and Benefits Lead

This role is a key contributor to the success of our compensation and benefits programs in India. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will support all aspects of these programs, including development, planning, analysis, design, and communication to employees, while ensuring accurate compliance to local regulations.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to ADI's Total Reward Strategy through effective results, communication, and global teamwork
- Work with the Total Reward team to drive value through ADI's global offerings, evaluate compensation programs for competitiveness, and make recommendations as necessary
- Proactively ensure compensation programs and country-specific benefits programs are competitive, sustainable, and scalable based on market assessment and business strategy
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or related field (Masters Degree preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of compensation and benefits experience in India
- Results-driven and demonstrated sense of urgency focused on achieving results that promote business success
