We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to drive successful execution of key compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the annual compensation review process, including merit, promotion, bonus, and equity, and global recognition program.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to assess rewards program effectiveness.
  • Monitor data integrity and validity.
  • Benchmark positions using salary surveys to develop job families, salary structures, incentive pay structures, and market-aligned compensation practices.
  • Analyze market data, review job documentation, and provide consultation to management and People team to inform pay and job leveling decisions.
  • Assess business needs, analyze trends, and develop compensation models to make compelling, data-driven recommendations.
  • Model expected business impact of these recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage compensation inquiries.
  • Streamline compensation processes through operational and system enhancements.
