Compensation Accounting Analyst

Job Summary:

The Compensation Accounting Analyst will be responsible for compensation reporting and accounting for both external and internal authorities, ensuring timely and accurate processing and recording of vendor invoices. The role involves working closely with payroll vendors, tax agencies, and state authorities to resolve outstanding tax notices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for compensation reporting and accounting.
  • Process and record vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with payroll vendors, tax agencies, and state authorities to resolve outstanding tax notices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing and recording of compensation information.
  • Review, reconcile, and substantiate monthly entries to general ledger accounts for various payroll and accrual entries.
  • Assist in formulating and automating payroll processes to facilitate new operations.
  • Collaborate with Compensation Accounting counterparts in the administration of compensation reporting for responsible regions.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Participate in global projects and initiatives.
