Compensation Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Compensation Consultant. This role will be based in Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurugram and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The primary objective of this position is to deliver solutions in the area of compensation and benefits. This involves researching client context, collecting data, analyzing available information, and preparing reports that highlight key findings and recommendations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting industry research and reviewing internal materials to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Interacting with clients to understand their requirements and needs
  • Researching client organizations to gain a deeper understanding of their context and requirements
  • Applying analytical thinking to identify key requirements or gaps and develop solutions
  • Analyzing compensation data to identify root causes, trends, and issues and generating reports accordingly
  • Preparing an outline of recommended solutions and validating them with the project manager
  • Working closely with the team to deliver solutions across various data consulting services

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 0-3 years of experience in total rewards or compensation
  • MBA or post-graduation in Human Resources
