Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing all property operations to ensure exceptional hospitality and service are provided. The Guest Services Manager serves as the primary point of contact for guests, resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of guest services staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain strong relationships with other departments to support property operations and expedite problem resolution
  • Ensure consistent communication with employees regarding business objectives, performance, and expectations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
