Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

Overview:

  • Maintain exceptional service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Interactions: Address and resolve guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner, both pre-booking and post-booking.
  2. Inventory Management: Effectively oversee property-related items to ensure properties are well-stocked and maintained at optimal levels.
  3. Sourcing and Procurement: Collaborate with suppliers to procure necessary items at cost-effective rates, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  4. Property Maintenance: Ensure high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal throughout the properties under your care.
  5. Regulated Cleaning Schedules: Regularly clean, maintain, and inspect areas, adhering to strict schedules and quality control measures.
  6. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  7. Quality Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, meeting the highest expectations of our guests.
  8. Repairs and Maintenance: Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Prior experience in guest relations, property management, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
