  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Guest Relations. As a Trainee Guest Relations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • You will participate in a comprehensive training program that includes orientation to our establishment's policies, procedures, and service standards.

  • As a Trainee Guest Relations, you will also assist with front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and registration.
  • Additionally, you will familiarize yourself with our property's reservation system and learn how to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
  • Room inspections are an essential part of your role, as you will participate in inspecting rooms to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards.
  • If any issues arise during room inspections, you will report them to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
  • Finally, you will provide guests with information about our property's amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options, ensuring they have a memorable experience at our establishment.
