As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be the face of Sabha — welcoming guests, assisting with menu choices, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable café experience. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and product knowledge
- Handle billing and POS entries accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas
- Collaborate with baristas and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Support dine-in and takeaway service during peak hours
- Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional grooming and positive attitude
- Basic understanding of food safety and guest etiquette

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
