**Guest Interaction and Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated comfortably.
- Provide guests with menus and explain daily specials or promotions when applicable.
- **Handling Reservations and Waitlists**:

- Manage reservations and walk-ins, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
- Maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods, communicating estimated wait times to guests.
- Confirm bookings and make adjustments to reservation schedules as needed.
- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Address and resolve guest complaints, concerns, or special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Escalate any unresolved issues to the Restaurant Manager or appropriate department for further action.
- Ensure that guest issues are followed up with to guarantee complete satisfaction.
- **Guest Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Build strong relationships with regular guests, remembering their preferences and needs to create a personalized experience.
- Actively engage with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Collect guest feedback, either in person or via comment cards/surveys, to assess satisfaction and improve service.
- **Event and Special Occasion Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating special events, private dining experiences, or celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and business meetings.
- Ensure that any special requests for events or celebrations are met (e.g., decorations, cakes, specific dietary needs).
- **Promotions and Upselling**:

- Promote the restaurant’s offerings, special events, and promotions to guests.
- Upsell menu items, wine pairings, or dessert options to enhance the guest experience.
- **Guest Communication and Follow-up**:

- Send thank-you messages or follow-up communication after special occasions, reservations, or events to enhance customer loyalty.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and reservation details in the restaurant’s reservation system.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as compiling guest feedback reports, updating the guest database, and managing seating charts.
- **Collaborate with Team Members**:

- Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Communicate guest preferences and feedback to the kitchen or service staff to ensure personalized service.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, especially when dealing with guest allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Promote and maintain a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
