Overview: As a Guest Relationship Executive at [Greenkingdom Botanical Garden Hydrabad], you will be the face of our park, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that reflects the park’s values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: Warmly welcome guests as they enter the park, providing information on attractions, events, and services.

Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints, concerns, and requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Customer Service: Assist guests with ticketing issues, lost and found items, and other services to enhance their experience.

Communication: Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with management to implement changes.

Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of special events, ensuring that all guest needs are anticipated and met.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all guest interactions comply with park safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

Languages: Proficiency in [relevant languages] is preferred to assist a diverse group of guests.

Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable, with a genuine passion for helping others.

Work Environment:
