Guest Relations Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for all hotel guests.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and respected throughout their stay.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations through proactive problem-solving and personalized service.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel products and services, including room types, amenities, and facilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests, tailoring their experience to meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest requests.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • University degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English, with a basic knowledge of additional foreign languages advantageous.
  • Physical fitness and neat appearance essential.
