About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome
    • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they have everything they need
    • Acknowledge and address any guest concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Special Guest Services
    • Identify and cater to the needs of special guests, such as VIPs
    • Provide personalized assistance to these guests throughout their stay
  • Collateral Preparation
    • Prepare welcome folders with relevant information and materials
    • Ensure that all collateral is accurate and up-to-date
  • Information Provision
    • Provide guests with information about amenities, services, and venues
    • Promote additional services and experiences to enhance the guest's stay
  • Relationship Building
    • Builit rapport with guests through proactive communication and personalized service
    • Anticipate and meet guest needs to exceed expectations
  • Task Assistance
    • Assist guests with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements and taking messages
  • Problem Resolution
    • Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
    • Escalate complex issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
    • Use this information to improve future guest experiences
  • Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards at all times
