Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Welcome
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they have everything they need
- Acknowledge and address any guest concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Special Guest Services
- Identify and cater to the needs of special guests, such as VIPs
- Provide personalized assistance to these guests throughout their stay
- Collateral Preparation
- Prepare welcome folders with relevant information and materials
- Ensure that all collateral is accurate and up-to-date
- Information Provision
- Provide guests with information about amenities, services, and venues
- Promote additional services and experiences to enhance the guest's stay
- Relationship Building
- Builit rapport with guests through proactive communication and personalized service
- Anticipate and meet guest needs to exceed expectations
- Task Assistance
- Assist guests with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements and taking messages
- Problem Resolution
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Escalate complex issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary
- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
- Use this information to improve future guest experiences
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards at all times
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
