
Sales Partnership Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Partnership Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential partners, supporting the preparation of pitches, proposals, and presentations, and tracking leads and maintaining databases to move opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with potential partners across various industries
- Support in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective partners
- Track leads and maintain databases to move opportunities forward
- Coordinate the execution of partner commitments, including branding, digital assets, event activations, and hospitality
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and maintain records of asset usage
- Provide regular status updates to the sponsorship manager/team
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in partnership sales, client servicing (sports, events, or media preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage timelines
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus

About This Role
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a point of contact for day-to-day partner queries and requests. The successful candidate will also track deliverables, campaign activations, and partner performance, and assist in preparing periodic reports, presentations, and ROI updates for internal and external stakeholders.
