Client Success Associate

As a seasoned Client Success professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your goal is to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and support.
  • Escalation Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and concerns.
  • Opportunity Identification: Understand client goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and meet business objectives.
  • Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement tailored engagement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze client feedback, and work with relevant teams to implement improvements and enhancements.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior associates, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
