Assistant Manager Job Description

As a crucial member of our organization, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in approaching schools to make strategic propositions to the management or concerned departments.

  • Arrange demonstrations and handle all documentation work until completion, including signing contracts.
  • Maintain and report on school status on a daily basis, providing timely updates to the lined manager.
  • Collect and collate data on assigned schools and maintain strong after-sales relationships with customers.
  • Profile schools, gathering pertinent information about each institution.

The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for pre- and post-visit reporting to the lined manager. This includes ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:
