Leadership Role in Campus Operations

Newton School of Technology is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our campus as the Head of Operations. This strategic position requires a unique blend of leadership, financial management, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive student success and foster a positive learning environment
  • Develop and implement campus strategy, identifying obstacles and ensuring effective communication within and across teams
  • Oversee P&L, cross-functional teams, and coordinate initiatives with the central program team
  • Collaborate with academics and student success teams to drive outcomes and improve student progress
  • Establish processes to enhance engagement levels and performance of students through improved pedagogy, content, and class delivery
  • Develop and manage the campus student experience charter, marketing, and branding
  • Partner with the placement and training cell to deliver internship and placement outcomes
  • Maintain strong collaboration and bonding with partner universities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Category Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with prior software development experience preferred
  • Goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Able to balance long-term process setup with short-term goal achievement
  • Empathy towards students and desire for aspirational outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
