Financial Operations Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance backbone for high-growth companies. This role combines financial reporting, financial management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

You will work closely with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure books are closed on time, MIS and analysis are reliable, and the company is always investor- and audit-ready. To excel in this role, you must be a detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of experience who is process-driven and eager to grow into a strategic finance leader within our CFO practice.

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.

This is an opportunity to work directly with founders on strategic financial decisions, gain exposure to investor relations, fundraising, and compliance at scale, and build and strengthen financial systems in a high-growth environment.

Please note that this role is not suitable for those looking for a traditional accounting role limited to bookkeeping or data entry, or those who prefer structured corporate setups and are not open to building systems and processes from scratch.
