As Account Director, you will lead our team in crafting and executing strategic communication solutions for our clients. This is a key leadership role, requiring a deep understanding of integrated communications, stakeholder management, and business development.

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and client CXOs to bring communication strategies to life across traditional and digital platforms. This individual will also play a crucial role in building our firm's visibility and business by developing compelling pitches and nurturing client relationships at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong command of integrated communications and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. They bring a balance of creativity, business acumen, and emotional intelligence to the table, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular strategic advocacy, including crisis management when needed.
  • Translate overall strategies into actionable tactical plans and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for our clients.
  • Build relationship with senior journalists and influencers across the country.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of a national media universe for all clients.
  • Guide team members in tracking news trends and proactively pitching stories to secure media coverage.
  • Drive new business opportunities by participating in client pitches focused on social and digital strategy.
  • Directs client retention, improvement of Client Satisfaction Score & servicing cost management of client portfolio.
  • Coaches and develops a team of highly engaged individuals.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/PR/Journalism or MBA in Marketing.
