Job Description

This role is focused on securing sponsorship agreements that drive revenue growth and brand awareness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential sponsors across various categories and industries.
  • Supporting in the development of sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective partners.
  • Tracking leads, maintaining databases, and following up with clients to advance opportunities.

Additionally, this role involves coordinating the execution of sponsor commitments, ensuring logos, creatives, and content are managed according to contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting with sponsor onboarding, hospitality coordination, and in-stadium branding.
  2. Supporting match-day activations, ensuring seamless partner experiences and handling on-ground requirements.
  3. Coordinating VIP and guest management activities as directed.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or client servicing (sports, events, or media preferred).
  • Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
