Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist

As a Revenue Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in managing International Clients for effective Strategy Cues.

The primary focus of this position will be on handling revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. A proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions is essential.

We are focused on adding value to our partners on every parameter that we engage with them.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to travel in India and abroad and interact with diverse sets of partners rather than just focusing on day-to-day pricing and inventory management. The Revenue Growth Strategist will also undergo an intense training orientation process for optimal returns on the time invested. Additionally, they will assist in recruiting and training new team members as the company expands.

We are keen to onboard someone with a focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes. The focus of the company is to grow internationally and become a leader in the coming decade in outsourced revenue management and distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful commercial strategies are laid out for our partners.
  • Replicate the culture formed by the founder in all actions undertaken on behalf of the partners.
  • Adjust strategies according to market trends to achieve maximum rooms sales and revenue for the hotel/holiday homes/hotel apartments.
  • Assist the Founder in finalizing all departments' revenue budgets and forecasts.
  • Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts according to trends.
  • Organize weekly revenue meetings with the founder for all partners, ensuring all sales strategies are executed and supervising sales and marketing actions.
  • Learn and teach best practices of revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets.
  • Maintain consistent selling strategies across all channels and develop systems to help partners further grow their business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems.
  • Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for price and strategy adjustments to the Commercial teams.
