Maximizing revenue streams is a critical aspect of business operations. As a Senior Manager in Revenue Management, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting to identify trends in group inventories and rates.
  • Monitor marketing channels, key accounts, and product line sales to ensure rate parity.
  • Review future bookings and evaluate trends to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with regions to develop region-specific strategies for growth and establish benchmarks to measure performance.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring emerging trends and selling strategies.
Requirements
  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in Finance and Revenue Management is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the travel, airline, or hotel industry, with 3-5 years in Revenue Management is required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions is essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, statistical analysis, and competitive analysis is necessary.
  • Ability to analyze and use operational, financial, and marketing data to drive business growth is critical.
