Job Opportunity: Revenue Growth and Market Research Lead

Our client is a pioneering Indian skincare brand that revolutionizes the personal care space by developing products that are dermatologist-tested, cruelty-free, and designed to address specific skin concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Oversee revenue growth on multiple Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Market Research: Lead market research to understand competition & market trends. Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product Optimization: Oversee product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization for optimal listings.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with designated marketplaces and operations teams to ensure seamless shipments/POs.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports to forecast future performance and data-oriented skills.

Requirements:

  • Beauty and Personal Care Sector: Interest in beauty and personal care sector an advantage.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate objectives and needs to stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with inventory management expertise a plus.
  • Adaptability: Proven multitasking and fast-paced environment adaptability.
