Senior E-commerce Strategist Role

We are seeking a results-driven e-commerce strategist to develop and execute online sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, conversion rates, and sales.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.

• Implement digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.

• Optimise the website for user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms.

• Analyse sales performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• 3-10 years of experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role.

• Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.

• Expertise in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

• Proficient in web analytics tools and e-commerce tracking tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in digital marketing or E-Commerce.

• Experience managing online marketplaces.

• Knowledge of best practices in search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.
