Performance Marketing Specialist

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, driving performance through campaign optimization and building strong relationships.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ideate, manage, and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations.
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets over $50K.
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising).
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp).
