About the Role

Job Description

The Marketing Campaign Strategist will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes:

  • Developing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Managing campaign budgets and timelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics

The successful candidate will have excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
