Fractional HR Consultant

Partner with e-commerce startups in India and leverage your expertise to drive growth. Build HR processes from scratch, ensure compliance, manage talent acquisition, and foster a high-performance culture.

We are seeking an experienced fractional HR professional who can help fast-growing organizations scale their workforce while maintaining agility. This is a strategic part-time role that requires 10 hours of commitment per week.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with startup growth.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and performance.
  • Set up performance management systems, including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage HR compliance with Indian labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Guide founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7-12 years' experience in HR, preferably in startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
