Job Description

Genpact is seeking a Talent Integration & Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation through strategic talent management and workforce planning.

This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles, as well as experience in leading teams and developing strategies that drive business results. You will work closely with finance teams and senior leaders to ensure seamless integration of new hires, implement effective talent engagement methodologies, and provide direct support to employees throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing direct support to service line/business leaders throughout the employee lifecycle
  2. Implementing and driving standard methodologies to increase talent engagement and experience
  3. Collaborating with finance teams on planning and financial updates
  4. Acting as a liaison between employees and multiple specialist support groups
  5. Coordinate performance management processes
  6. Compensation planning
  7. Exit process administration
  8. Maintaining and reporting data from people processes
  9. Advise managers/leadership on employee matters
  10. Manage contractor process
  11. Manage immigration process
  12. Coordinate internal transfers
  13. Follows up and escalates issues on behalf of employees

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess skill gaps and training needs. They will also have proficiency in learning management systems and experience with digital training tools and e-learning platforms.

We are looking for a collaborative approach towards resolving issues with stakeholders and peers/sub-process areas. The preferred qualifications include demonstrated business partner experience, executive presence, organized self-motivated attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication required along with solid understanding of company initiatives.
