Human Capital Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Management specialist with in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Suite. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in HCM modules, and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
  • Process flow knowledge and set-up expertise in HCM modules.
  • Experience in at least 3 HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, data migration, and customization concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide strong leadership and develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant role.
  • At least 3 years' experience in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Expertise in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization concepts.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems.
