A Human Capital Management Functional Consultant will be responsible for the successful implementation of HCM solutions, providing expert product and implementation knowledge.

This consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure and test solutions, and collaborate with project managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in resolving complex functional issues and problems.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of HRMS Cycles and Finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on the functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience in 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
