Capital Raising Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled investment banking professional to play a critical role in helping clients raise capital by structuring fundraising rounds, creating deal documents, and advising on market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality deal documents including pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across various sectors and geographies.
  • Advise and consult clients on structuring their funding rounds in light of current market conditions and suitable investor needs.
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of quality services to clients.
  • Gain a strong understanding of the private investment market, including funding ask, valuation, financial models, and business projections.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
  • Prior experience with startup fundraising and venture capital is beneficial.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 certification is preferred.
