We are seeking a seasoned Capital Markets professional to lead our investment banking advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a proven track record in equity fundraising and investment banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Develop and execute equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring for clients.
  • Ensure all deals comply with regulatory guidelines and listing requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, commerce, or a related field, with 5-6 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory. A deep understanding of regulatory compliance, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks is essential. Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills are also required. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are necessary for success in this role.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
