About the Role:

The role holder plays a vital part in being an ambassador for our people, partnering with business to provide regular interventions that promote employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment processes for critical leadership roles, niche, and volume-based positions, especially sales.
  • Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Selection, and Offer Management: Source, screen, interview, select, and manage offers for candidates.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys: Conduct surveys to understand employee needs and implement action plans to reduce attrition, especially among insurance sales staff.
  • Grievance Redressal, Employee Relations, and Disciplinary Processes: Handle grievances, maintain positive employee relations, and implement disciplinary procedures as needed.
  • Induction Training for New Hires, Talent Retention & Employee Development Initiatives: Provide induction training, develop talent retention strategies, and implement employee development programs.
  • Identify Training Needs Based on Business and Individual Goals: Analyze business and individual goals to identify training needs and develop corresponding programs.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Labor Law Compliance Across Branches: Ensure compliance with labor laws across all branches in the zone.
  • Timely Payroll Inputs, Onboarding/Offboarding Processes, and HRIS Accuracy: Manage payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensure accuracy of HR information systems.
  • Support Internal Audits, Risk Management, and Statutory Filings: Support internal audits, manage risk, and ensure timely statutory filings.

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Liaising with Function Heads: Collaborate with function heads to plan and implement people strategies.
  • Coordinating with the Team: Coordinate with the team across all centers in the country.
