Senior Bid Strategy Manager

This critical role will spearhead the development of high-impact bid strategies that drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies or integrated communications. They will have a proven track record of winning large-scale contracts and exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, and marketing delivery channels is highly valued.
