About the Role:
The Chief Fund Development and Communication Officer will lead the organization's comprehensive fundraising and brand communication strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring long-term financial sustainability, diversifying income streams, strengthening donor loyalty, and enhancing the organization's visibility and credibility.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve the organization's financial goals.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and media representatives.
3. Create and execute effective communication strategies to promote the organization's mission and values.
4. Oversee the development of marketing materials, including annual reports, newsletters, and social media content.
5. Lead and manage a high-performing team of fundraisers and communicators.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of fundraising and communication efforts using measurable KPIs.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal, donor, and organizational reporting requirements.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and communications, preferably in the non-profit sector. Proven track record in leading successful fundraising campaigns and securing high-value partnerships. Strong understanding of donor management, digital marketing, and brand positioning. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
