Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
- Leadership Role: Direct and motivate field teams to achieve target sales, improve low-performing territories, and ensure business hygiene.
- Territory Development: Strategically develop low-performing territories for enhanced performance.
- Business Optimization: Foster a culture of excellence by minimizing expiries/returns, managing collections, and ensuring stock liquidation.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance: Drive sales, market share, product mix, and profitability in line with strategic goals.
- Team Building & Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead field teams to success, ensuring 100% field force deployment and alignment with marketing strategies.
- KPIs & Metrics: Meet key performance indicators: doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, YPM, etc., while implementing effective marketing strategies.
KOL & Customer Relationships
- Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and drive ROI through effective engagement and field presence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Uphold company reputation and professionalism in the field, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Growth & Development
- Brand Expansion: Grow second-line brands and drive successful new product launches, solidifying our market position.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and provide valuable insights for tactical adjustments, staying ahead in the market.
