
Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior fit-out, a strong understanding of commercial furniture and interior design solutions, and excellent client relationship management skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, converting prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors, and building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Additionally, the candidate will need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs. They will also be required to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
Responsibilities may vary depending on the company's requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
