This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the management of a retail branch in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage area sales, branch operations, and administration efficiently.
  • Bulk up a high-quality portfolio for the area.
  • Responsible to meet targeted sales and collection goals for branches within the area.
  • Ensure timely repayments of loans disbursed in the area.
  • Maintain and deliver branch productivity for each branch.
  • Ensure adequate manpower in every branch to achieve desired results.
  • Provide guidance to team members including branch managers/cluster managers to attain desired targets.
  • Field visits with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection.
  • Responsible for ensuring the sales team operates at a high performance level and functions as a cohesive unit.
  • To develop and nurture team members enabling them to perform at a high level.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to all relevant policies, processes, and regulatory matters.
  • Responsible for providing training to team members on products and offering support.

Requirements:

  • Years of experience: 5-15 years.
  • Type of organizations worked for: Private commercial banks and large banks.
  • Responsibilities managed in previous roles: Primarily sales & collection function. Past experience in sales & collection side in housing finance/loan against property/business loan.
  • Languages: Hindi/English.
  • Computer/technical skills: Proficient in basic Microsoft office applications.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation: Any field.
  • Post-graduation: MBA preferred.
  • Professional qualifications: Graduate & above.
