We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Relationship Manager to oversee and expand key partnerships. As a senior role, you will serve as a trusted consultant, ensuring strong client connections, successful adoption of our solutions, and long-term business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, understanding their strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align client objectives.
  • Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and provide recommendations based on data, KPIs, and market insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships and knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
