Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at MAITYS, located in Ghaziabad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and contacting potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and negotiating contracts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze market trends
- Ability to manage sales teams and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the home care services or healthcare industry is a plus
