Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Ghaziabad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve preparing sales reports, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in conducting market research and sales analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the construction or prefabricated structures industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage new business opportunities in the PEB sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and present proposals to clients
Achieve sales targets with a strategic and consultative approach
Coordinate with the technical & project teams for client satisfaction
