Senior Sales Manager

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take full ownership of sales operations — from lead generation to project closure — and drive business growth in the HORECA and institutional kitchen segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from hotels, restaurants, caterers, banquets & consultants.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and kitchen consultants.
- Conduct site visits, understand technical requirements, and prepare quotations.
- Coordinate with production & installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Lead, train & motivate the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in selling commercial kitchen equipment or stainless-steel fabrication products.
- Strong technical knowledge of kitchen layouts, equipment types, and fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of handling large projects independently.
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Mechanical / Business / Hospitality).
