  • Handling government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors –Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower etc.","
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to make contractual correspondence for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.","
  • Responsible to safeguard the interest of Company in contractual matters and identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities and deviations.","
