We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle from drafting and review to execution and maintenance.

  • Draft, review and vet commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate the timely execution of contracts, obtaining necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments and terminations while maintaining an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in contract management, legal drafting or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
