Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to our residential luxury villa projects. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing contracts to ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Lead project management initiatives to guarantee financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners through effective vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance.
  • Conduct detailed rate analysis and negotiate advantageous terms and conditions with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
