About the Role:

We are a leading global solutions provider delivering innovative and sustainable outcomes to diverse clients, including over 30% of Fortune 500 companies.

  • Review client contracts including master service agreements, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and other commercial contracts at a global level.
  • Negotiate and draft vendor contracts such as purchase of goods and services, equipment lease agreements, subscription agreements etc.
  • Draft and review real estate agreements including lease agreements, maintenance agreements, fit out agreements, etc.,
  • Negotiate technology contracts like license agreements, content subscription agreements, website terms and conditions, EULA, App terms of Use etc.
  • Provide advisory support on employment matters (across jurisdictions mainly US, Europe & India) including termination letters, settlement agreements, notices, replies to notices, and applicable labour laws.
