Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage contractual arrangements with vendors and related enterprise documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring agreements with counterparties satisfy regulatory requirements, developing and implementing vendor management processes, conducting legal research, and procuring appropriate legal templates.

Additionally, the candidate will provide support to stakeholders as necessary and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in our enterprise framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in contract law and commercial law with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage legal documentation to ensure agreements with counterparties satisfy regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement vendor management processes.
  3. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Procure appropriate legal templates and provide support to stakeholders as necessary.
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in our enterprise framework.
