Job Description:

As a skilled legal professional, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and support to clients.

You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions. Your exceptional analytical skills will enable you to provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions to clients.

Additionally, you will be expected to identify and acquire new clients through business development and retention strategies. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as developing and implementing strategies to avoid and manage disputes.

Another key aspect of this role is representing clients in negotiations and providing expert client counselling. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing legal data to identify trends and insights.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of legal professionals and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, BCom.LLB, CS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
