Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract and Legal professional with deep expertise in international arbitration, contract management, and operational risk mitigation within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex arbitration proceedings ensuring alignment with global legal standards and corporate interests.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts from end-to-end.
  • Review contracts from a legal and risk perspective to ensure compliance and enforceability.
  • Manage legal documentation for international trade including INCO terms, freight agreements, and vessel-related matters.
  • Analyse potential liabilities and implement strategies for cost reduction and risk mitigation.
  • Provide support on procurement-related claims and negotiations.
  • Negotiate with clients, vendors, and third parties on contractual and legal matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective legal safeguards.
  • Oversee litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and represent the company in legal forums.
  • Develop and execute dispute resolution strategies efficiently and favourably.
