Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee the delivery of commercial ICI construction projects from inception to completion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage all phases of commercial ICI construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • To develop and implement project work plans, schedules, and milestones, in conjunction with site supervisors and other stakeholders.
  • To ensure compliance with contract scope, safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • To coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • To maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software.
  • To handle all project administration tasks, including cost estimates, bid packages, tender submissions, purchase orders, and subcontractor invoicing.
  • To track and prepare project billing and progress claims, maintaining strict budget control and identifying cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To represent the company at project meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
