About this Position:
We are seeking a Business Development Professional who is passionate about innovation and next-gen technologies, with strong relationships within the GCC landscape, focusing on Pharma and CRO industries.
- Role: Strategic Partnership - HLS Pharma
- Experience: 15-20 Years
As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for customer profiling, account planning, setting revenue/margin targets, navigating accounts to identify deals, building internal consensus, and prioritizing opportunities. You will also mentor Account teams, work closely with delivery leadership, build and manage a strong Sales Pipeline, and anchor client meetings.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Hunting & Farming experience with CRO's and/or Pharma, existing relationships with executives within the GCC landscape, focus on CRO and Pharma industries.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets, driving pursuits for large-size proposals, and client relationship management.
- Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of over $5-10Mn, reviewing sales plans/pipelines with leadership, and ensuring target achievement.
- Strong knowledge of business environment and norms, managed services & large deal sales skills, selling concepts, principles & guidelines, value articulation principles, and client context.
